Text messaging privacy: Mobile information — your phone number and your text messaging opt-in data and consent — will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the sharing categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
The chat assistant on this site (Tony) is a virtual assistant, not a person. Conversations and uploaded files are stored so our team can review them and follow up with you.
Uploaded documents are used to prepare your quote — loss runs and driver lists are exactly what insurance companies ask for. Please only upload documents you are authorized to share, and please do not send Social Security numbers through the chat or forms. If a document like that is ever needed, we will tell you a safer way to send it.
The Meta, Google, and TikTok pixels help us understand which ads and pages lead people to contact us. They do not give us your passwords or access to your accounts on those platforms.
Scrambled (hashed) email and phone. When you submit a form on this site, such as the online application, we may share a scrambled (hashed) version of your email address and phone number with Google, Meta (Facebook), and TikTok. Your browser scrambles them before they are sent, so they can’t be read as plain text. These companies use them to measure which of our ads lead to applications and to show our ads to the right businesses. Your name, your application answers, and your documents are not shared this way.
Opting out. You can control how these companies use your information for ads in your ad settings: Google ad settings, Meta ad preferences, and TikTok ads settings (in the TikTok app: Settings and privacy > Ads). We keep contact and quote information as long as needed to respond to you, to quote and service your insurance, and to satisfy insurance record-keeping rules, which can require keeping client records for several years. If you never become a client and want your information deleted sooner, just ask — see below.
We use reputable providers for forms, chat, and email, and reasonable safeguards for a business of our size. No website or internet transmission is perfectly secure, which is why we ask you not to send highly sensitive documents through the chat or forms.
This website is for businesses — towing and recovery companies — not for consumers or children, and it is not directed to anyone under 18. If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
